Nesma is a Pearl Initiative partner, embracing this regional organization’s mission of good governance, transparency, and accountability for businesses in the Gulf.
We have also partnered with Qaderoon Business Disability Network, Nesma endorses and supports its main goal of providing educational and employment opportunities for the disabled to endorse and support its main goal of providing people with disabilities with educational and employment opportunities.

Faisal Alturki
President
Faisal Alturki is President of Nesma and a member of its board of directors. He serves as Chairman and sits on the board of several Nesma companies. He oversaw the company’s entry into the airline and travel industry, renewable energy, public transportation, and the fast food industry.
Alturki holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University with a double major in Sociology and Public and Private Sector Organizations, and a master’s degree in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
Noura S. Alturki
Vice President
Noura S. Alturki is Vice President of Nesma and a member of its board of directors. She chairs the Management Committee and the HR Committee and is a member of the CSR Committee.
Alturki holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Brown University and a master’s degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford.
Abdullah R. Al-Shahrani
Vice President - Corporate
Abdullah R. Al-Shahrani is Vice President - Corporate of Nesma and a member of its board of directors. He oversees banking relations, treasury, and corporate governance for the Nesma Group and serves on several of its subsidiary boards.
Al-Shahrani holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University and a master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
Naif A. Alabeedi
General Manager
Naif A. Alabeedi is General Manager of Nesma and a member of its board of directors. He oversees corporate compliance and administration along with managing Nesma Real Estate. He is the Chairman of the board of directors of Nesma United and the CSR Committee of Nesma. He also serves as a member on several subsidiary boards and Nomination and Remuneration Committees in the Nesma Group.
Alabeedi holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University and a master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
Mahmoud Y. Fallatah
CEO Nesma Water And Energy, Member Of The Board
Mahmoud Y. Fallatah is CEO and Managing Director of Nesma Water and Energy, which he established as a subsidiary of Nesma. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Nesma.
Fallatah holds a bachelor’s degree in applied Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an executive management diploma from the University of North Carolina.
Fouad J. Alsherebi
Member Of The Board
Fouad J. Alsherebi is Executive Chairman of the Makkah Public Transport Bus Project and a member of the board of directors of Nesma. He also serves as Chairman of Nesma TATA Projects Limited, and Chairman of Nesma Infrastructure and Technology.
Alsherebi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, San Louis Obispo.
Salah S. Al-Sunaid
CEO Nesma Infrastructure & Technology, Member Of The Board
Salah Al-Sunaid is the CEO of Nesma Infrastructure & Technology and a member of the board of directors of Nesma. He also serves on the board of Nesma TATA Projects Limited and on the supervisory board of Koncar Electrical Equipment, Croatia.
Al-Sunaid holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton, Ohio. He is a Harvard Business School alumnus.
